I would like to express my grattitude to a very passionate and caring ear specialist nurse. Nurse Theresa Leslie has been a wonderful help with my sons that struggle with ear infections. She is always available to assist and help a mum and young patient out of frustrating ear infections and she does this always with a smile and gentle nature. My mum has one ear , operated with a high powered hearing aid , which she gets cleaned out every 1- 2 months by Specialist Nurse Teresa Lesley in whangarei . We have found Teresa very thorough and very good with her hygiene with ear care in her utensils and is very gentle, caring and aware with her role of a Specialist. We have been supported by Teresa for the last 15 years and she is easy to communicate with and is very structured on her job. We would recommend anyone to see her as she has always been a pleasure and wish her well with her future.

I have been seeing Theresa Leslie – Ear Nurse Specialist for three years now. I have found Theresa to be absolutely professional and caring in every visit I have had. I see Theresa regularly as I have a recurring large amount of wax that needs to be removed (approx. 3-4 times a year).
Theresa has always been friendly and caring. Always making sure I was okay while she removed the wax. And very very easy to get on with. She has helped not only with this problem but was very supportive when I had to urgently cancel due to a death in my family and re-booked me very quickly. She also remembered my personal issue and supported me with that when I visited next.
Her calm and assuring manner is something that I recommend to everyone. I feel at ease every time I visit.

To whom it may concern,
Theresa Leslie (and husband Ross) provided an amazing service for my housebound mother who became completely deaf through the build up of ear wax. Theresa arranged a home visit bringing her mobile van with all the necessary equipment, which includes a wheelchair hoist, as my mum is disabled. Ross helped with maneuvering the wheelchair and Theresa worked miracles. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, sense of humor and support. Northland is so lucky to have such a brilliant service.
